Outgoing students

Every EEIGM graduate must spend at least one year abroad (courses, research internship and/or industrial internship), in addition to two languistic internships.

It is possible to obtain a double-degree. Please note that some DD paths may extend the duration of your studies by 1 or 2 semesters. For further information: eeigm-international@univ-lorraine.fr

Mobility in the consortium

During the 2nd semester of the 4th year (2nd year of the engineering cycle), all students take courses in another university of the European consortium.

In the 5th year (3rd year of the engineering cycle), students carry out a research placement; around 70% of students carry out this research project in a laboratory belonging to the European consortium.

Depending on the path chosen by students, they can aim for a double-degree in a European partner university.

Information meetings are organized throughout the programme to prepare students for their mobility (presentations of partner universities, grant applications, assistance with procedures).

Partenaires outside the EEIGM consortium

During their 5th year, students have the opportunity to go outside Europe, either for a double-degree or for their research project.

    Franco-German University (UFA)

UFA is a network of 194 French and German higher education establishments offering a total of 180 integrated binational and trinational courses, welcoming around 6,500 students every year.

In 2003, the EEIGM was awarded the UFA quality label, which enables French, German or foreign students at the school interested in a Franco-German double degree to benefit from financial support for the duration of their stay at the partner institution, i.e. three or four semesters.
